McQueen is a native New Yorker, multi-hyphenate artist, creative director and fashion designer with focus on evening-wear and special occasion garments. His design work boasts the span of celebrity clients for events like the MTV Video Music Awards, the Tidal X benefit concert and Iris Apfel’s pop-up shop at Bergdorf Goodman. Frequent collaborators also include bespoke contemporary performance artists who have shown in renowned global art galleries, from New York’s New Museum to the Mercer Union in Toronto, Canada.

 

McQueen is the founder and creative director of a collaborative marketplace of art, accessories and apparel named OkBleepShop. OkBleepShop centers and amplifies messages of ally-ship, Black pride, feminism and sustainability.
